Thanks to an age-old recipe still used today, Bellucci Cotechino has a delicate flavour and melt-in-the-mouth consistency.
Only the finest Italian pork is used, to which selected spices are added. The resulting mixture is stuffed into casings and sterilised.

PREPARATION TIPS
Immerse the cotechino, still in its packaging, in boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Cut off a corner of the packaging to drain off any jelly. Open the bag, slice the cotechino and serve hot accompanied by the side dishes of your choice.
