PREPARATION TIPS
Instructions
Oven: remove the casing and place the ham shank in an oven dish.
Transfer to the oven, add some olive oil and/or white wine if desired, and cook for about 35-40 minutes at 250°C.
Boiled: Immerse the ham shank, still in its packaging, in boiling water for 40 minutes. Cut off a corner of the packaging to drain off any jelly. Then open the bag and serve hot with the usual side dishes.
