Thanks to an age-old recipe still used today, Bellucci Zampone has a delicate flavour and melt-in-the-mouth consistency. 

Only the finest Italian pork is used, to which selected spices are added. The resulting mixture is stuffed into the skin of the pig’s trotter and sterilised.
